A Stone Javelin is the stone variant of the javelin family. It can be equipped to attack others at range. Movement speed is ever so slightly increased while wielded. Decent damage and can be great at keeping distance between you and your enemies.
The only way to obtain a Stone Javelin is to craft one at any time using at least a Stone Cutter station or a Tinker.

Head shots do significantly more damage.
Javelins are particularly effective against moving targets and keeping your distance.
Javelins are probably the best tools to fight Creatures, because it is quite easy to kite them. They are effectively used against the Plague Villagers early on, as they wood and stone versions are quick and easy to craft, and the plague villagers drop high-tiered items. It is much better to craft Stone over Wood, but nothing beats metal if you have the materials to spare for Javelins.
